Registered Apprenticeship Program

Our Apprenticeship program is a hybrid training model that combines online learning with classroom instruction, and paired with structured on-the-job learning.A Registered Apprenticeship requires at least 144 hours of classroom-based education for every 2,000 hours of on-the-job learning (2,000 hours = about one year).A Registered Apprenticeship since 2013, L J Electrical Company’s program is based upon 665 classroom hours and 8000 hours of On-the-Job Learning.
