26062-R – Johnson CC Public Safety Complex- Phase 1_Files

Site work for a mixed-use development in Smithfield, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot. The project consists of furnishing labor, material, and equipment for the JCC Public Safety Complex Phase I project for Johnston Community College. The general scope includes tree clearing, site demolition, erosion control, asphalt and concrete paving, parking lot reconfiguration, a 600′ x 600′ concrete driving pad, driveways, grading and drainage, curb and gutter, waterlines, sanitary sewer, and landscaping.
